Also called MSA, this technique was pioneered by Dr. Rinehold Voll in the 1950's. It assesses the meridian system and how things may affect it by checking skin conductance on certain meridian points clinical results indicate relate to organs and glands. While not a diagnostic tool, it has been shown to be an accurate method to check for environmental sensitivities. One study (1998-2000) showed it lowered overall health care costs for the participating company. Dr. Voll was awarded the Vatican Gold Medal in 1966 and West Germany's Hufeland medal in 1974 for this work.
